I recently relocated from Scotland to England and was looking to buy a house, so I contacted a number of estate agents. Unfortunately, several never returned my calls or sent me details of properties that didn't match my requirements. Westley and the team at Morgan Alexander were completely different. They were always easy to contact, answered the phone promptly, and arranged viewings around my schedule, making what could have been a very stressful move much easier. Can't praise Westley and the team highly enough.  From the initial valuation, through to the photography, marketing and finding a buyer, everything was great.  Westley went above and beyond to guide us through the process.  He was in regular contact with our solicitor and the buyers solicitor resolving any queries that arose. We used MA Estates to sell our leasehold flat - From the beginning Westly was great, he gave us a fair price and we had regular viewings with a fair offer at the end. Westley backs himself and his business and with good reason as our sale went through smoothly! 10 weeks from offer to exchange and we were kept informed throughout the whole process. I bought my first property from MA and had Vince as my estate agent. He was really good through the entire process from viewings to getting STC up to completion.
